Standing governance committee charged with the following:
- Ensure accreditation is an on-going process by guiding preparation of the self-evaluation, midterm reports, and follow-up reports.
- Create a structure and process to review and monitor progress on Actionable Improvement Plans and accreditation recommendations.
- Inform, engage, and involve the college community in accreditation and the collection of evidence.
- Review and analyze institutional effectiveness indicators.
- Oversee evaluation activities to ensure they result in integrated, meaningful, and sustained program and college improvement.
February, 2013:
Standing governance committee charged with the following:
- ensure accreditation is an on-going process by guiding preparation of self-evaluation, midterm reports, and responses to recommendations.
- facilitate the development and integration of college processes for on-going data collection, providing for on-going assessment
- link committee actions to specific college goals
- develop timelines and meeting schedules to accomplish the committee charge
- review and monitor progress on Actionable Improvement Plans and accreditation recommendations
- engage and involve the entire college community in accreditation and task standing committees to report progress toward campus goals on a regular basis
- assist with recruiting members for accreditation processes
